Principal's Welcome

Greetings Parents, Guardians, and Students,

Welcome to another School Year at the Berea Seventh-day Adventist Academy.

It is a great honor to once again partner with you in educating your child/ren to prepare them on their journey to excellence. I truly believe that the foundation of our future accomplishments will be found in the strength of our combined efforts---the home, school, and community.

Thank you for entrusting your child/ren to Berea SDA Academy to provide the best that Christian Education has to offer.  Adventist Education lays the foundation for spiritual, social, psychological, and academic successes. Our school is designed by God to cultivate the best practices for learning that promote student engagement, academic growth, and moral excellence which will result in students becoming the very best they can be.

The Berea community has dedicated itself to the education of its students and has placed great trust in our school. I understand the importance of this trust and vow to work for the best interest of our students. I consider our community a family as we share a common interest- “giving your child the best possible education and developing a Godly character. We accomplish this by having the home and school join forces.

As your Principal, my goal is to provide a safe and spiritually healthy learning environment that will promote academic excellence, and increase student engagement and learning opportunities for all. I am confident, that with God's guidance and your support, we will have a positive and enriching school year.

Let us make this year the best school year ever! I look forward to working with each of you as we educate our students for time and eternity.

Sincerely,

Rachel Lafargue-Charles, M.Ed.
