How to fill out Application with step by step

1. Select the correct application applicable  for your child

2. Complete the fillable application form

3. Sign all required areas with your generated signature. (Please note the application form will highlight where signatures are required in the top right corner, You will only have to generate your Signature once, Adobe Sign will auto save it)

4. Once Application is completed, select "Click to Sign" button

5. Enter your email and follow the directions given

6. Sign in to your email and confirm your email

7. Once email is confirmed you will receive a copy of your signed application
